Shantel is an experienced Senior Technical Product Manager with a proven track record of successfully launching and improving products for some of the world's top retailers. She excels at developing product strategy, identifying customer needs, and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. She recently launched Amazon Layaway and previously managed the successful launch of 13 unique products concurrently at Pantone. 

Shantel Sullivan received her MBA from NYU Stern School of Business in 2018, where she specialized in Strategy, Management and FinTech.
